Rosemary fries + our Mixed Herb Vegan Mayo make for the perfect match.
- Slice up the potato into <1cm slices. 
- Drizzle with oil (we love Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil). 
- Scatter in a little rosemary, making sure the chips are well coated. 
- Put on a baking tray and place in oven pre-heated to 180Β°C.
