Slice up the potato into <1cm slices.
Drizzle with oil (we love Kentish Oils Rapeseed Oil).
Scatter in a little rosemary, making sure the chips are well coated.
Put on a baking tray and place in oven pre-heated to 180Β°C.
Once golden and starting to crisp, serve with your favourite A Little Bit Vegan Mayo
