Fusilli with Garlic & Herb sauce

Did you know you can use our vegan mayos to stir through pasta as a simple & delicious sauce?

We’ve used fusilli, as it catches the sauce perfectly as you swirl it through, but any pasta will work equally well!

To make your garlic & herb pasta:
- Cook pasta as per pack instructions.
- Cook your accompanying meat or veg - chicken is delicious when using our Garlic & Herb Vegan Mayo, or try flaked smoked or poached salmon with our Lemon & Herb Vegan Mayo. To make totally vegan, add in tomatoes, pepper, grilled courgettes & aubergine.
- Drain your pasta and add a good spoonful of Garlic & Herb Vegan Mayo to taste - it should coat the pasta well.
- Add you meat, fish or veg, mix thoroughly and serve!
