Independently owned, award-winning producer behind some of Kent’s most acclaimed brands, Kent Crisps, Kentish Oils & Condiments and A Little Bit Food Company has a rare sales superstar opportunity to join the vibrant, dynamic team in a Sales Executive role based in the leafy heart of Kent, nr Canterbury / Sandwich.

Best known for its tasty range of crisps, Kent Crisps is recognised both locally and nationally for producing a range of delicious Kentish flavour crisps, Kentish Oils and Condiments for its Kentish Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil and A Little Bit for its innovative, vegan-friendly, fresh herbs condiments range.

Rare opportunity to join the incredible team at Kent Crisps, Kentish Oils and A Little Bit HQ in an exciting NEW Sales position. Sales Executive Start Date: Immediate Ideally, the opportunity is suited to someone who has sales experience in a similar role, who is familiar with the brands and is looking for the next step on their career ladder in an excitingrole filled with ripe opportunities.

What to expect (Roles & Responsibilities)

Become a part of our small, friendly team and be the first point of contact for existing, potential and new customers!

• Build, nurture, and maintain client relationships

• Effectively and passionately showcase the brands and the brand values

• Organised, self-motivated, and persistent in achieving sales goals

• Accurately input orders and prospects on our CRM system

• Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Managing Director to contribute to company KPI’s and targets.

• Respond to customer queries and manage incoming sales enquires

• Update CRM system with records of all prospective customer and active customer interactions.

• Proactively manage the weekly call list for recurring wholesale and independent customers

• Support the team and complete administrative tasks when required • Identify new prospective accounts and convert to customers.

• Work closely with the marketing team to activate all marketing requirements for our accounts

• Update and implement marketing and promotional plans with customers

• Understand customer’s needs and tailor packages to meet their requirements

• Participate in customer tastings and events

· Excellent computer skills, who ideally has experience in CRM systems and previous sales experience This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Occasionally required to work hours outside of these for events and tastings.
