Sustainability is in our roots - celebrating Sustainability Month

Based on a farm in Kent with views of surrounding apple orchards and across fields, we are always connected to nature at A Little Bit Food. As a business, we consider people and the planet and always aim to make a positive impact on our environment. 

Our entire range uses fresh ingredients with a delicious home-cooked taste – all plant-based and vegan friendly.

 Our dressings and mayonnaises are made using rapeseed oil, cold-pressed here on the farm and made in small batches. We only ever make what we need of each of our products, which minimises waste, and use our fresh herbs to transform each dressing, sauce or dip. 

Sustainability is in our roots. We are passionate about doing all we can to reduce our own contribution, for example all our products come in glass jars with paper labels which are fully recyclable at home (and also great for re-using too!).

Reducing meat and dairy in your diet has many environmental benefitsIf everyone in the UK substituted one meal with red meat for a plant-based meal once a week, this would reduce the same number of emissions equal to reducing cars on the road by 16 million. Switching to a flexitarian diet can reduce emissions by up to 52%, with reducing dairy intake an important part of this. 

At A Little Bit Food, we are proud that our range offers the same great taste but with the benefits of being plant-based. Our range is not only good for you, but good for the planet too!
